1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bunum.digital and enrolling in Bunum Digital programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Bunum Digital provides cohort-based technical education in frontend performance, including labs, mentoring, and downloadable materials. We do not operate a payment gateway on this website; pricing is informational until you complete enrollment through our admissions team.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact information, respect intellectual property of course materials, and refrain from sharing login credentials or lab artifacts outside your licensed cohort.

4. Intellectual Property

All curricula, templates, recordings, and branding remain property of Bunum Digital or its licensors. You receive a limited license for personal learning during your enrollment period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Bunum Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Incheon shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

7. Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating formal proceedings. Consumers may also contact Korea Consumer Agency resources where applicable.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for conduct that disrupts cohorts or violates these terms. You may stop using services at any time; refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
