Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility
Paid enrollments confirmed in writing by Bunum Digital admissions may be eligible for refunds per this policy and Korean consumer law.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off
For distance contracts, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless services have begun with your express prior consent.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refund if cancellation occurs before cohort start and no digital materials were accessed beyond syllabus preview.
4. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after start but before week 2, a partial refund may apply minus an administrative fee stated in your enrollment letter.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Completed capstone reviews, issued certificates, and third-party tool licenses activated in your name are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with enrollment ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days.
7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for tuition. Installment plans are reconciled per your enrollment agreement.
8. Cancellations by Bunum Digital
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund at your choice.
9. Exceptions
Force majeure, documented medical emergencies, or military service may qualify for credit transfers; documentation required.
